The Drive Hope Choir will be performing at the 32nd Annual Kingdom Day Parade on Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Los Angeles for a VIP breakfast on January 16, 2017. The choir’s performance will be broadcast live on ABC7 in segments throughout the parade. After a moving performance with Stevie Wonder at the Microsoft Theater in December, Drive Hope Foundation is excited for all the kids who put their hard work and immense talents toward great service. They will be singing an upbeat gospel version of ‘We Shall Overcome’ and Stevie Wonder’s ‘Happy Birthday,’ which was written for Martin Luther King Jr. in 1981 as a tribute to civil rights legend on the eve of the first annual and nationally recognized MLK Day.
